2. Can we setup an appointment to have our property reviewed after regular
business hours?
We’re flexible! For instance, with Strata Council members we will usually meet with them in the evening, which requires a booking of an appointment time of seven days prior.

3. Why do vandals keep coming back to our building?
Vandals are repeatedly targeting your property because they know they can get in easy! After a few visits they get very familiar with the building. They know where to go, what to look for and how to escape if somebody unexpectedly shows up. They simply like you building.

Simple - your property will become too hard to break into! Tools generally used by thieves will be inadequate. Hence, they will turn around and find an easier target.

5. What is the best property access system that you recommend?
In our opinion every residential and commercial property should consider an access system which is not vulnerable to lost or stolen keys or remote opener. Access to every independent user should be denied in an easy and inexpensive way. Our representative will recommend to you a system that would be best suited for your property.

6. Will you do only the most important security upgrades?
We have no problem doing only the upgrades that you feel are critical at any given time. An inherent problem with doing security upgrades in stages is, break-ins may still occur. This approach may give you the impression that our system doesn’t work. Therefore, we’ll always recommend that you upgrade your security completely. Still, the decision on which upgrades you want to make will be up to you.
